Terms of Service

Purpose

M-5 is a private AI assistant. Its Google Workspace integration supports authorized tasks involving Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Contacts, and other explicitly authorized Google services.

Authorized use

This application is intended only for its authorized account owner and approved administrators. It is not a public service and may not be used by unauthorized individuals.

The account owner controls which Google permissions are granted and may revoke access at any time through Google Account security settings.

AI-assisted operation

M-5 may use automated and AI-assisted processes to interpret information and prepare actions. AI-generated results may contain errors. Important messages, calendar changes, document edits, or other consequential actions should be reviewed when appropriate.

User responsibilities

The account owner is responsible for maintaining control of the connected Google account, granting only appropriate permissions, reviewing consequential actions, avoiding unlawful or unauthorized use, and protecting confidential or sensitive information.

Privacy

Use of Google user data is governed by the M-5 Privacy Policy.

Availability

The integration is provided on an as-available basis. Access may be interrupted by maintenance, configuration changes, service outages, revoked permissions, or changes to Google APIs.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, M-5 and its operators are not responsible for losses caused by service interruptions, unauthorized account access, inaccurate automated output, or actions taken without appropriate human review.

Changes and termination

These terms may be updated as the integration changes. The account owner may stop using the integration or revoke its Google access at any time.
